The Emerging Leadership Program is a dynamic, 12-month professional development experience designed to equip current and future leaders with the mindset, presence, and skills needed to succeed in senior roles.

Currently, this program is offered to organizations with 10-12 participants.

Program Highlights

• 12-Month Cohort-Based Experience

• Meets Twice Monthly (2 hours per session)

• Interactive Workshops, Small Group Coaching, and Guided Reflection

• Built-In Supervisor Engagement and Accountability

Each month includes two structured sessions:
• Session 1 introduces a core leadership concept or framework.
• Session 2 takes a deeper dive, applying the learning to participants’ real-world experiences and challenges.

To foster deeper connection and discussion, we begin each month with a full-group session, then split into smaller "pods" for the second session—ensuring more active participation and tailored engagement.
