Training Consortiums
Training Consortiums
SRSD Consulting offers Training Consortiums for organizations that want to bring leadership development to their teams while sharing the investment with trusted partners.
Neighboring villages, municipalities, or businesses with an existing working relationship can join together for shared training sessions, making high-quality leadership development more accessible.
Consortium Training Offers:
Stronger Regional Relationships: build connections with neighboring municipalities or business partners
Shared Learning: bring different perspectives and experiences into the room
Flexible Design: tailored to the group's shared challenges and goals
Shared Cost: split the investment across partner organizations
Leadership challenges rarely stop at the village line. When neighboring organizations learn together, they build a shared language for leadership and a network of peers they can call on long after the training ends.
How It Works
Bring your partners together. Identify two or more organizations you already work with that share an interest in developing their leaders.
Talk through your shared goals. We meet with the partner group to understand the challenges your leaders have in common and what you want the training to achieve.
Design the training. SRSD builds a program around those goals, with format and scheduling that work for every partner.
Learn side by side. Participants from each organization train together in shared sessions, and the cost is divided among the partners.
Who It's For
Neighboring villages and municipalities that already collaborate on services or programs
Smaller organizations that want high-quality leadership training without carrying the full cost alone
Businesses and public partners with an existing working relationship
Leaders who would benefit from learning alongside peers facing similar challenges
